ICE score calculator

ICE scores an idea as Impact × Confidence × Ease. Each input is 1–10. Ease is the inverse of RICE Effort: high means cheap to ship. Use ICE when you are pre-launch, sorting a dozen small things, or still lack a real Reach count.

All three numbers come from the same head. Score independently, then compare. Write one sentence of evidence per row — no sentence, cap Confidence at 5. When two rows tie or someone asks how many people requested it, switch to RICE.
