Can I import from Canny, UserVoice, or Frill?

Yes. CSV import, or paste a public board URL and we'll match votes by email. Most teams are moved over in under 10 minutes.

Does Feedjolt integrate with Linear?

Yes - native bidirectional sync. Promote a request to a Linear issue in one keystroke; when the issue ships, voters get a one-line email. Jira and GitHub Issues aren't supported yet - both are on the roadmap. In the meantime, our public API, webhooks, and MCP server cover most workflows.

How does Startup pricing work?

Startup is $9/mo for genuine early-stage teams, and it includes every feature Scale has - limits are its ceiling, not features. Apply from billing, we review your application, and once approved you can subscribe. As your team grows past 2 admins you move up to Growth, which trades the premium set (Slack, the API, SSO, audit logs and the rest) for higher capacity.

What about privacy and GDPR?

EU-hosted by default. GDPR-compliant. DPA on request. We don't train models on your feedback. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on the security roadmap - security one-pager available on request.
