Where to start
If you're brand new, follow the path:
- Getting started - sign up, pick a region, create your first workspace.
- Core concepts - the model: workspaces, boards, posts, statuses, votes, comments.
- Roles & permissions - who can do what.
If you already have a workspace and you're shipping:
- Workflow - triage, merge duplicates, ship status changes.
- Portal - the public face customers see. Roadmap, changelog, widget.
