• 04Payment information (processed by our payment provider - we never see or store full card numbers)
• 05IP address, device type, browser, and approximate location (used for security and fraud prevention)

We also collect non-personal information through essential cookies required to keep you logged in and protect your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3. Data Residency

When you register, you choose where your data is stored - either the European Union (EU) or the United States (US). Your data stays in your chosen region and cannot be moved after your account is created.

Feedjolt uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms from abuse (CAPTCHA). If you accept the cookie banner, we also set Google Analytics 4 cookies for aggregate measurement - you can withdraw consent at any time. We do not use advertising cookies. Plausible, a privacy-friendly cookie-less service, is also used for aggregate measurement.

5. Data Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with trusted processors required to operate the service:

• 03Hetzner - infrastructure hosting (EU and US regions)
• 04Resend / email delivery provider - transactional email
• 05Plausible - privacy-friendly analytics
• 06Google Analytics 4 - aggregate usage analytics (after consent)

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., invoices for tax purposes).
