1. Information We Collect

When you use Feedjolt, we may collect the following personal information:

• 02Profile picture (optional)
• 03Workspace and feedback content you submit
• 04Payment information (processed by our payment provider - we never see or store full card numbers)
• 05IP address, device type, browser, and approximate location (used for security and fraud prevention)

We also collect non-personal information through essential cookies required to keep you logged in and protect your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• 01To provide and operate the Feedjolt service
• 02To process subscriptions and payments
• 03To send transactional emails (magic links, notifications, receipts)
• 04To secure accounts and prevent abuse
• 05To comply with legal obligations

3. Uploaded file storage

When you create an account, you choose a region for uploaded files: the European Union (EU) or the United States (US). Logos, post attachments, and other file uploads for your workspace are stored in a Cloudflare R2 bucket in that region. That choice is set at sign-up, inherited by workspaces you create, and cannot be changed later. It applies to uploaded files only.

4. Cookies

Feedjolt uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms from abuse (CAPTCHA). If you accept the cookie banner, we also set Google Analytics 4, DataFast, and PostHog cookies for aggregate measurement - you can withdraw consent at any time. We do not use advertising cookies. Plausible, a privacy-friendly cookie-less service, is also used for aggregate measurement.

5. Data Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with trusted processors required to operate the service:

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., invoices for tax purposes).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
