Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

Welcome to Feedjolt ("Feedjolt", "we", "our", or "us"), available at https://www.feedjolt.com. Feedjolt is a public feedback and roadmap platform for B2B SaaS teams, designed to help teams collect, prioritize, and act on customer feedback in one place. By accessing or using Feedjolt's website, products, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to both you and that organization.

1. The Service

Feedjolt provides tools for B2B SaaS teams to collect, organize, review, prioritize, and publish customer feedback, roadmap updates, and related product information. We may update, improve, or modify the Service from time to time. We may also add or remove features, provided that doing so does not materially deprive you of the core benefit of the Service during your current billing period.

2. Eligibility and Business Use

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, and payment information where applicable. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or require updates to your account if we reasonably believe the information provided is inaccurate or if your account creates risk for the Service or other users.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. When you purchase a subscription:

  • You own the subscription
  • You retain ownership of the data associated with your subscription
  • You may use the Service for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing

Fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout or in your account settings. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that time. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing from time to time. If we do, the updated pricing will apply only to future billing periods, and we will provide reasonable advance notice. If payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features until payment is received.

5. Customer Data and Content Ownership

As between you and Feedjolt, you retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you submit to or manage through the Service, including feedback data, roadmap content, account-related data, and other materials associated with your subscription ("Customer Data"). You grant Feedjolt a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Customer Data. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases necessary to submit Customer Data to the Service and to make any content public through the Service. Because Feedjolt supports public boards, roadmaps, changelogs, and similar features, you understand that any content you choose to make public may be visible to others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes the rights of Feedjolt or any third party
  • Interferes with or disrupts the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Introduces malware, malicious code, spam, or abusive content
  • Misuses the Service in a fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful manner

We may investigate violations of these Terms and may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe your use of the Service violates these Terms or creates risk to Feedjolt, its users, or third parties.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to that information. We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information with third parties only where necessary to process payments, operate the Service, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other content provided by Feedjolt, is owned by or licensed to Feedjolt and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the Service itself or in Feedjolt's intellectual property.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, system updates, or technical reasons. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your subscription as described above. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You fail to pay applicable fees
  • Your use of the Service creates legal, operational, or security risk for Feedjolt or others

Upon termination or cancellation, your right to use the Service will end when your access period expires. You should export any Customer Data you wish to retain before your access ends. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, governing law, and dispute resolution.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedjolt disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedjolt and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedjolt's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Feedjolt for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by another reasonable method before the updated Terms become effective. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

15. General Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Feedjolt regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
