Why we exist
Customer feedback lives in Slack threads, support tickets, sales call notes, and tweets. None of that is visible to the person who asked, and none of it is ranked. Feedjolt gives teams one public board customers can vote on, a triage inbox with keyboard shortcuts, and a roadmap that updates when something ships. Semantic auto-merge means "login broken" and "can't sign in" become one request with combined votes, so you stop triaging the same bug three times.
Who we are
Feedjolt is a product of Luodaint LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company. We are a small product company: the people who write the code also answer [email protected]. Governing law is the State of Delaware, United States. We do not sell seats per user. Paid plans are flat-rate with unlimited teammates.
How to start
Create an account with a magic link or Google. Choose EU or US data residency at sign-up (it cannot be changed later). Every new workspace gets a 14-day Growth trial with no credit card (product UI). REST API keys and MCP are self-serve on Startup and Scale from the dashboard — no sales call.

Public privacy, terms, and cookie policies are on this site. Data stays in the region you picked. Contact a human at [email protected]. Security reports go to the same address and are read by the engineering team.
