Saved views
Bookmark a filter and sort combo on a Feedjolt board's posts list. Personal, per-board saved views: how to use them, what gets saved, limits and plan tiers.
If you keep typing the same filter into a board ("Bugs, in progress, sorted by votes" - three times a day), turn it into a saved view.
Saved views are on Startup and Scale (not Growth). Growth workspaces see a locked dropdown that links to billing.
How to use
Open any board's posts list (Dashboard -> Boards -> pick a board). Above the search/status/tag/sort row, you'll see a pill button labeled All posts ▾.
- Set the filters and sort you want.
- Click the dropdown -> Save current filters as view…
- Give it a name. It joins the dropdown.
- Click the view's name to apply it any time.
- Click All posts to clear.
What gets saved
- The status filter
- The tag filter
- The search query (
q) - The "hide completed" toggle
- The sort option (newest / oldest / most votes / recently updated / status date)
Saved views are per board - your "Bug triage" view on the API board doesn't bleed into the Mobile board.
Personal scope
Today, saved views are personal. Only you see your views; admins don't share a list. Shared workspace views (with an "is this view shared with the team?" toggle) are on the future roadmap.
Limits
- 50 saved views per user per board. Plenty for normal use; if you hit the cap, delete the views you don't apply anymore.
Plan tier
| Plan | Saved views |
|---|---|
| Startup | ✅ |
| Growth | ❌ |
| Scale | ✅ |
What's coming
- Shared views - toggle a view as "shared" so the rest of your team sees it.
- Saved views on users and companies lists, not just posts.
- Shareable filter URLs - turn the current filter state into a link you can paste in Slack.
- Drag-reorder the saved views list.
Internal notes
Internal notes are a private comment thread on every Feedjolt post, visible only to owners and admins. Add triage context invisible to end users, on every plan.
Notifications
How Feedjolt notifications work over email and Slack. Covers event types, subscriptions, the Weekly Jolt, the daily admin digest, vote thresholds, and email preferences.
