Audit log
See what teammates, API keys, and MCP agents did: searches, creates, deletes, and more. Filter the SuperAdmin trail or the workspace log.
Feedjolt records who did what, not just that a row changed.
What gets logged
- Dashboard and REST API mutations (create, update, delete, publish, merge, …)
- Authenticated searches (post search, company/end-user query, Linear issue search)
- Every MCP tool call, including
search_posts,list_posts, and reads
Each entry has an action, a resource, a source (http, mcp, or script), and a one-line summary. Expand a row for the query string, result count, tool name, and path.
Public portal traffic, incoming webhooks, health checks, and token refresh stay out of this trail.
SuperAdmin
Open Admin → Audit log (/dashboard/admin?tab=audit_log). Filter by:
- Free text (summary, query, email, path)
- Actor email, name, or API key
- Workspace slug or name
- Action and resource type
- Source
- Date range
Click a row for the full metadata.
Workspace log
Owners and admins on Startup and Scale also have a workspace audit page under the dashboard. Same events, scoped to that workspace.
MCP and API keys
An agent that searches via MCP shows up as source mcp with the search term in the summary. API keys show as actor type api_key. That is how you tell a human click from a script.
Notifications
How Feedjolt notifications work over email and Slack. Covers event types, subscriptions, the Weekly Jolt, the daily admin digest, vote thresholds, and email preferences.
Public portal
Your Feedjolt portal is the public face of your workspace: feed, boards, roadmap, changelog and widget. Visibility rules, sign-in, URLs, SEO and turning it off.
